B&R Towing

I normally don’t write reviews for businesses. I am an old man and always have worked on my cars, and, maybe, had to use a tow service twice in my life. But, it is always refreshing to find an honest, upfront, professional, and, even kind service out there. B & R Towing is that. I had to have my daughter’s Prius towed to the auto shop. Cole came out this morning and was great. He was very honest, on time, knowledgeable and helpful. Running across businesses and people like this always restores my faith in humanity, especially with the current world in a mess. My mom’s RV died a couple of years ago, and I had to use B&R Towing. They were the same back then, so I used them now and was not disappointed. I will always recommend them and use them in the future as long as they stay the way they are, which they probably will.

They were fast extremely professional and helpful. We would highly recommend them for towing and felt their rates were reasonable.

My car was hit pretty hard in a campus parking lot, and B&R drivers showed up, communicated clearly about my options, and handled the situation with grace and expertise. My car sat in the lot for nearly 3 weeks while I tried to work with insurance, and every time I made a phone call to check in, I was met with excellent and compassionate customer service. John in particular has been so kind to me, and I really appreciate his guidance. This was my first time dealing with an accident to this extent, and I was so grateful to talk with someone who has experience with a process that’s been difficult to navigate. Thank you, John, for bringing a smile in the midst of frustration. I will be recommending B&R Towing to anyone who drives in this area- they’ve been a true blessing!

I was in need of a tow service. An operator by the name of Stephen came out and gave me a hand. Stephen was courteous and professional did a fantastic job in a safe and timely manner. As you can imagine vehicles broke down along side of the highway are in a hazardous situation. Stevens attention to detail while adhering to the strictest safety policies and procedures made the recovery an uneventful event. I can strongly recommend this towing companies services.

In regards to their towing service, Steven H. gets a big A+ from me. My own insurances roadside assistance was not getting the job done so I reached out to a number of local tow companies and Steven with B &R was the first to respond. Their price, availability, and expertise was the best. I knew he could deal with my situation, which had its challenges, and he got me home safely. I have an RV and he knew exactly how to tow it, was respectful to the public business where I was stranded, and had me hooked up & ready to go in a very reasonable amount of time. Thank you Steven!
